研修 — KENSHU · TRAINING VIDEO, BUILT AS A SYSTEM

Your product knowledge is stuck in one person’s head.

Kenshu builds the training film library that gets it out — scripted, shot, edited and delivered to every store, every rep, every new starter. One system, built once, working for years.

01 — THE PROBLEM

Training built once, then quietly abandoned.

Most suppliers have a training problem they’ve stopped calling a training problem. It shows up as returns, as bad advice on the floor, as a product launch that lands flat.

None of it is a filming problem. It’s a system problem, and that’s what gets built here.

02 — THE SYSTEM

A Channel Training System, not a batch of videos.

Same crew, same process, one outcome: the thing you know how to do becomes the thing your whole channel knows how to do.

Scripted, shot, edited, delivered and measured. You approve; we run it.

03 — THE WORK

Frames from the floor.

Product demonstrations, objection handling, installs, inductions and safety — filmed for suppliers selling through national retail.

Ask and we’ll send the full reel for the category closest to yours.

04 — THE PLATFORM

If they have an LMS, we deliver into it. If they don’t, they use ours.

The big retailers have a platform and a specification. Smaller suppliers have neither, and a licence they don’t want.

That gap is what Kenshu closes.

Your programme, your branding, one link

A white-labelled training platform carrying your name, not ours. Your network gets a single link. You get to see who finished what.

  • No licence to negotiate. Included with the programme for twelve months, then held on a monthly plan if you want it kept.
  • No IT project. Nothing to install, nothing for their team to administer.
  • Completion data by store and by person — the number you take upstairs when someone asks what the spend did.
  • Modules added as you launch, so the library grows instead of restarting.

05 — HOW IT RUNS

Five steps, one point of contact.

No account layer, no producer relaying messages. You deal with the person running it.

  1. Scope call

Forty minutes on what your channel gets wrong and what it would be worth to fix. No pitch deck.

  2. Curriculum map and proposal

You get the module list, the outcomes and a fixed price, in writing, before anything is committed.

  3. Scripts and approvals

Written, reviewed with your product people, signed off. This is where the accuracy gets locked in.

  4. Production block

Filmed in a concentrated block so your team gives up days, not months.

  5. Delivery and handover

Live on the platform, reporting switched on, your team shown how to run it.

06 — QUESTIONS

The ones that come up every time.

What does a programme cost?

It depends on the number of modules and where they’re shot, so there’s no price list worth publishing. What we can say is that it’s quoted as one fixed figure for the whole system, never a day rate, and you see it in writing before you commit to anything.

How long does it take?

A typical programme runs six to ten weeks from scope call to live, with most of that in scripting and approvals rather than filming.

We already have an LMS.

Good — then the films are delivered as files built to its specification, and the platform side simply doesn’t apply.

Can you work with our existing footage?

Sometimes. If there’s usable material it gets folded into the curriculum rather than reshot, and that’s assessed during scoping.

Do you only do retail?

No. The same system covers sales training, induction, OH&S and knowledge capture — anywhere the problem is that something known by a few people needs to be known by many.

Who actually does the work?

One practitioner runs every programme end to end, with specialists — a second shooter, an editor, a motion designer — engaged per job. You always deal with the same person.

07 — START HERE

Tell us what your channel keeps getting wrong.

A short email is enough. You’ll get a reply from the person who would run the programme — not a sales sequence, not an account manager.

Three lines is plenty. If you can answer these, the first call is a short one:

  • What are you trying to train, and who? Retail floor staff, your own reps, new starters, installers.
  • How many people need to learn it? One store or four hundred.
  • What happens now when they don’t know it? Returns, wrong advice, a launch that lands flat.
